  • End conversations that aren't working respectfully

Prohibited Activities

The following behaviors will result in immediate bans and may be reported to authorities:

  • Harassment and bullying: Targeting individuals with threatening, demeaning, or hateful behavior
  • Inappropriate content: Sharing sexually graphic, pornographic, or violent material
  • Sexual solicitation: Asking for or offering sexual acts, including "cam girl" services
  • Illegal activities: Discussing or promoting illegal acts, scams, or fraud
  • Privacy violations: Recording, screenshotting, or distributing conversations without consent
  • Spam and advertising: Promoting products, services, or other platforms
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or misrepresenting yourself
  • Underage use: Using the platform if under 18 years of age
  • Doxxing: Sharing or attempting to obtain private personal information
  • Violence threats: Threatening physical harm to others or oneself

Content Policies

To maintain a family-friendly environment:

  • Nudity or sexually suggestive clothing is not allowed
  • Drugs, alcohol, or substance abuse content is prohibited
  • Graphic violence or disturbing imagery is banned
  • Hate symbols, discriminatory imagery, or extremist content are forbidden
  • Weapons should not be displayed or discussed in threatening context

Enforcement

We take community violations seriously:

  • First offense: Temporary ban (typically 7 days)
  • Repeat offenses: Permanent ban from the platform
  • Severe violations: Immediate permanent ban, possibly reported to authorities
  • False reports: Abusing the report system may result in consequences

Our moderation team reviews reports manually. You'll receive a notification if action is taken against your account.

Your Responsibilities

As a RandomCam user, you agree to:

  • Follow all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Respect the rights and privacy of other users
  • Report violations you witness through proper channels
  • Not attempt to bypass bans or circumvent moderation systems
  • Not exploit platform vulnerabilities or attempt to hack the service
  • Provide accurate information if contacted by our support team

Making Reports

If you encounter a violation:

  1. Click the "Report" button during the chat
  2. Select the reason for reporting (inappropriate behavior, harassment, etc.)
  3. Optionally add details in the description field
  4. Submit—the user will be automatically removed from your chat

All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We appreciate your help in keeping RandomCam safe.

Appeals

If you believe your account was banned in error:

  • Contact us at [email protected]
  • Provide your username/IP and explanation
  • Our team will review within 3-5 business days
  • We may request additional information

Note: appeals are for genuine errors—repeated violations will not be overturned.

Updates to Guidelines

These community guidelines may be updated periodically to address new issues or improve clarity. Continued use of RandomCam after updates constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be announced on the blog.
